March Madness 2008 is here! March 25, 2008 If you missed out filling out brackets, or you had a lousy couple of rounds, or if you are a bracket junkie you can enter the 2nd Chance contest at Yahoo. You can also enter one via AOL by clicking here . The brackets have been chosen and now we're all gearing up to make our picks and watch the greatest tournament in college sports, the NCAA Road to the Final Four. We will be updating this page throughout the tournament with links, tips and interesting tidbits. To view the brackets click here to view and print the Fox Sports version. If you are registered you can access the waiting room of CBS March Madness on Demand, If you don't get one of the VIP Passes you can still watch the games on your PC using a tool called the Slingbox. If you don't own a Slingbox and don't have the time to buy one this week:) You can access a friends if they give you their password. This box and software let's you "sling" whatever is on your TV to a PC or laptop. Want highlights via your cell phone? AT&T has partnered with the NCAA to allow subscribers to its MediaNet package to get info on the games, highlights and more via their cell phone. More info here Need scores via your cell phone? Try using Google's SMS service. You send a txt message to 466453 and the name of your team (school name then nickname) and you will get the score! Bracket Contests You can sign up at one or more of the websites below to enter contests. We also offer the following 2 derivative brackets for really intense March Madness fans. 1. The person who chooses the most games correctly, this shows which person had the best read on all the tournament match up and doesn't penalize that person if they don't pick the overall champion. 2. Award "winners" for each round of the tourney. You need to pick a tie breaker for each round. CBS actually has a contest like this one. Other web contests.....
